Terms of Delivery
Our General Terms and Conditions of Delivery apply to all orders.
General Terms and Conditions – Fasciatools B.V. (fasciatools.fit)
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Entrepreneur: Fasciatools B.V., established in Drempt, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 97936715.

Customer: any natural person or legal entity who purchases a product from Fasciatools.fit (Fasciatools B.V.).

Agreement: the purchase agreement concluded via the website www.fasciatools.fit.

Product: the fascia tools and related items offered by Fasciatools.fit (Fasciatools B.V.).
Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of Fasciatools.fit (Fasciatools B.V.) and to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.
Article 3 – The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products.

Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

All prices include VAT.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are free of charge. For shipments to other countries, a surcharge may apply, which will be clearly stated in advance.
Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and Fasciatools B.V. confirms this order by email.

Fasciatools B.V. reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of obvious errors or suspected misuse.
Article 5 – Delivery

Fasciatools B.V. aims to ship orders within 2–5 working days.

If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose cancellation or backorder delivery.

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer. The risk of damage or loss of products transfers to the customer at the moment the customer receives the order.
Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, PayPal).

The customer completes the payment directly when placing the order.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving the product (cooling-off period).

During the cooling-off period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care.

If the customer makes use of the right of withdrawal, they must notify Fasciatools B.V. within the cooling-off period via email.

The product must be returned undamaged and, if possible, in its original packaging.
-
The costs of return shipment are borne by the customer.
-
Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (for example, when the packaging has been opened) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Article 8 – Returns and Refunds

After receipt and approval of the returned product, Fasciatools B.V. will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.
Article 9 – Warranty and Liability

Fasciatools B.V. guarantees the quality of the delivered products for a period of 2 years after delivery, in accordance with statutory warranty.

Damage caused by misuse, falls, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Fasciatools B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage resulting from improper use of the products.
Article 10 – Force Majeure

Fasciatools B.V. is not obliged to fulfil obligations if this is impossible due to force majeure, such as strikes, transport disruptions, natural disasters, or pandemics.
Article 11 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted to Fasciatools B.V. as soon as possible, fully and clearly described.

Fasciatools B.V. will respond to the complaint within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the customer will be informed with an indication of the time frame in which a reply can be expected.
Article 12 – Applicable Law

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Fasciatools B.V. is established.
